In turn, Dr. Abdullah I. Alsaloom, the Executive Director of the college, expressed gratitude for the sponsorship of His Excellency the President of the University for the forum's activities and the honoring inauguration of the Vice President for Educational Affairs, Prof. Alluhaidanfor. He emphasized that this forum, which is the first of its kind among applied colleges in Saudi universities, contributes to bridging the gap between college graduates and the requirements of the labor market, as well as helping graduates acquire new professional skills.

Dr. Alsaloom stated that career counseling and guidance are integral parts of the educational process, alongside academic guidance. He explained that the forum stems from the college's mission and aims to achieve its goals through diplomas linked to professional certifications that align with development targets and human resource investment, as well as providing career guidance, qualification, and professional counseling.

The forum's chairman, Mr. Saad M. Almutairi, highlighted that the forum included several activities, the most prominent of which was a scientific seminar on the role of government and non-profit sectors in serving and employing graduates. Distinguished leaders from the non-profit and government sectors, as well as university faculty members, participated in the seminar, Mr. Almutairi said. The participants discussed the latest developments and needs of the labor market and how graduates could benefit from them in line with the initiatives of Saudi Vision 2030.

It is worth noting that the forum also included an accompanying exhibition where partners from the college and non-profit private sectors participated. The forum featured four corners for providing individual career consultations to visitors, a workshop, and presentations of successful student experiences.
