 To Enable Beneficiaries to Access Educational Financing, IMSIU Signs a Cooperation Agreement with the Social Development Bank

     Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University signed a joint cooperation agreement with the Social Development Bank on the evening of Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at the King Abdulaziz Conference Center.

 


     The agreement was signed on behalf of the University by the Dean of the Prince Naif Institute for Research and Consulting Services, Dr. Sulaiman A. Al-Sughair, while the Social Development Bank was represented at the signing ceremony by the Vice President for the Business Sector, Mr. Abdullah S. Al-Ruways.

 


     The agreement aims to make the University's academic and postgraduate programs available through the Social Development Bank's Education Financing Portal, enabling beneficiaries to obtain educational financing in accordance with approved regulations and mechanisms. This initiative supports the continuity of education and enhances access to higher education programs.

 


     The agreement also includes cooperation in verifying applicants' academic eligibility, processing financing applications, disbursing tuition fees for beneficiary students, and exchanging data and reports that contribute to measuring the educational and social impact of the programs offered.

 


     In addition, both parties agreed to strengthen their strategic partnership in the educational and developmental fields by organizing joint working mechanisms, exchanging expertise, and supporting technical integration through the education portal, while adhering to the service level agreement—thereby advancing human development goals in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.​
