H.E. Prof. Ahmed S. He affirmed that the budget reflects a continued path of sustainable development, growing economic stability, and a steadfast approach to enhancing spending efficiency in ways that support the nation's prosperity and the well-being of its citizens.

     H.E. further noted, on the occasion of the announcement of Saudi Budget 2026, that the allocations directed to the higher-education sector underscore the wise leadership's commitment — may Allah support it — to building and empowering the Saudi individual for local and global competitiveness, and to enabling universities to fulfill their societal responsibilities by aligning their outcomes with national priorities and developmental needs.
