Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University signed a joint cooperation agreement today, Sunday, December 28, 2025, represented by the Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, with Bin Omairah Holding Company. The agreement comes as part of the University's efforts to expand its institutional partnerships and strengthen integration with the private sector, in support of national development pathways.
- The agreement was signed on behalf of the University by Dr. Abdullah A. Al-Asmari, Vice President for Educational Affairs, while Eng. Fahd M. Bin Omairah, Chief Executive Officer, signed on behalf of the Company.
The agreement aims to establish a structured framework for cooperation between the two parties across several areas of mutual interest, including the exchange of expertise and consultancy services; enhanced student participation in joint programs and initiatives; collaboration in applied training and social responsibility initiatives; as well as supporting employment opportunities for the University's graduates and aligning educational outcomes with labor market needs.
The agreement also includes cooperation in organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, and scientific and professional meetings, in addition to implementing joint initiatives that contribute to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and promoting the principles of sustainable development—thereby supporting national capacity building and enhancing human capital efficiency.
This agreement reflects Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University's continued commitment to building effective strategic partnerships with the private sector, strengthening the alignment of its academic and training programs with development needs, and achieving a sustainable institutional impact that supports the national economy and the development of human capital.
