 Under the Patronage of the University President, IMSIU Celebrates the Closing of the Organizational Capital Development Project

      Under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Ahmed S. Alaameri, President of Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU), the University held a ceremony on Sunday, December 28, 2025, to celebrate the closing of the Organizational Capital Development Project. The event took place at Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri Hall, in the presence of the University's vice presidents, academic and administrative leaders, faculty members, and staff.

 

      The project, which began in December 2022, was launched as part of the University's strategic initiatives to develop its organizational structure, policies, and administrative procedures. It aims to enhance institutional performance, reinforce governance principles, and support sustainable transformation aligned with the University's future vision.

 

      The ceremony featured a visual presentation highlighting the project's timeline, milestones, and outcomes. Dr. Abdulaziz M. Al-Shahri, Project Director, reviewed the project's key achievements, including the development of new policies and procedures, an automation roadmap, and training programs designed to ensure long-term institutional sustainability.

 

       The project also produced key organizational references, including a Corporate Governance Manual, a Risk Management Framework, and comprehensive guides outlining decision-making structures and responsibilities across the University.

 

      More than 160 University affiliates contributed to the project's implementation, which involved workshops, training sessions, and collaboration across 30 organizational units. University leaders emphasized the importance of moving from development to implementation to ensure that the project's outputs translate into tangible institutional impact.

 

      Dr. Khulood F. Al-Tamimi, Vice President for Institutional Development and Community Responsibility, highlighted the project's comprehensive approach and its focus on quality, sustainability, and innovation. In his remarks, H.E. Prof. Ahmed S. Alaameri described the project as a cornerstone for achieving efficient, organized, and transparent governance.

 

     The ceremony concluded with the recognition of the teams and units that contributed to the project's success, underscoring the University's commitment to continuous improvement and institutional excellence.
