The Higher Institute of Judiciary at Imam Mohammad bin Saud Islamic University concluded the sixth judicial session for judges from the Republic of Indonesia under the patronage of H. E.Rector of the University, Prof. Ahmad Al-Ameri, and the presence of H.E. the Chief Justice ofthe Supreme Court in Indonesia, Dr. Muhammad Syarifuddin. The event was attended by the head of the Indonesian judges' delegation, Dr. Muhammad Thul Qarnain, the Head of the Judicial Training Center at the Supreme Court of Indonesia, the Head of the Indonesian Judges' Association, the University's Vice Rector for Educational Affairs, Prof. Fahad bin Saleh Al-Luhaidan, the Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Sceintific Research, Prof. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Tamim, and the Dean of the Higher Institute of Judiciary, Prof. Abdullah Al-Hamadi.

The ceremony commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. Then, H.E. Rector of the University welcomed H.E. the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in Indonesia and the accompanying delegation. He also extended his greetings to the participating judges in this training session, expressing his delight in this meeting that serves as an extension of the cultural and scientific collaboration between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Indonesia. H.E. Rector of the University stated that the ongoing collaboration between the two countries has resulted in the presence of specialized scientific entities in Indonesia highlighting that the Institute of Islamic and Arabic Sciences in Indonesia and its branches in several Indonesian provinces serve as a pioneering model in the shared journey of collaboration between the two nations. He noted that a significant number of Indonesian students who graduated from this institute have made substantial contributions to their country.

H.E. emphasized that the university, under the continuous guidance of H.E. the Minister of Education, Mr. Yusuf bin Abdullah Al-Binyan, is actively working to implement the directives of the wise leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud- May Allah bless them. This involves harnessing all available resources to advance knowledge for all Arab, Islamic, and friendly countries. H.E. highlighted the importance of the continued conduct of such training sessions, with the possibility of organizing similar sessions in Indonesia to maximize the benefit for the trained Indonesian judges. He expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Higher Institute of Judiciary at the University, commending the level of this training session and praying that the participants return to their countries with fond memories of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in Indonesia, Dr. Muhammad Syarifuddin, expressed his deepest thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may Allah bless them - for the royal approval to conduct this training course for Indonesian judges. He also praised the support received by the Indonesian people from the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - may Allah bless him. He extended his gratitude and appreciation to the Rector of the University and all its staff for the warm reception, hospitality, and well-organized arrangement of this training course. He stated that this course is an extension of the judicial sessions held at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, where more than 192 judges graduated and are currently serving in leadership positions in the Supreme Court of Indonesia. They have made significant contributions to the scientific and judicial fields, greatly impacting the Indonesian judiciary. He added that the Indonesian government values the scientific and judicial expertise demonstrated by Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, emphasizing their commitment to transferring knowledge, especially considering the technological advancements and rich experience observed in the field of Islamic jurisprudence.

Dr. Muhammad Syarifuddin commended the initiative announced by H.E. Rector of the University, Prof. Al-Ameri, regarding the possibility of hosting this training course for judges in Indonesia. He praised the effort to continue and expand these specialized scientific courses to benefit a broader audience.

H.E. mentioned that this training course for judges included the training of 35 judges. This training course had a significant impact on the trainees through field visits that covered the Museum of the History of Science and Technology in Islam at the university, the Prince Sultan Library for Science and Knowledge, the Judicial Court, King Abdulaziz Foundation, the National Museum, the Commercial Court, and the historical areas in Riyadh. Towards the end of his speech, H.E. expressed gratitude to Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, represented by the Higher Institute of Judiciary, for organizing this course. The University's Rector, Prof. Ahmed Al-Ameri, presented attendance certificates for the course, wishing the participants success and prosperity.​
