H. E. Rector of Imam Mohammad bin Saud Islamic University, Prof. Ahmad Al-Ameri, metwith the Chairman of the Pakistani Education Commission, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, on Friday, 10/11/2023 AH. During the meeting, Dr. Mukhtar presented an overview of the authority's history, highlighting the missions and services provided to Pakistani universities. He alsodiscussed the progress of Pakistani universities in scientific research and the quality of education. Dr. Mukhtar overviewed the authority’s strategic plans highlighting the key objectives that the commission aims to achieve. The two parties explored collaboration opportunities in higher education.
The Rector met with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Islamic Republic of Pakistanand the member of the Board of Trustees of the International Islamic University in Islamabad,Judge Fayyaz Isa. They both discussed ways to enhance the educational process at the university in Pakistan through research-based solutions. Rector of the University provided a brief overview of Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University development in scientific research and education emphasizing its recent advancements in local, regional, and global university rankings.
H.E. Rector of the university conducted a tour visiting the International Islamic University in Islamabad. During the tour, he met with the faculty and administrative staff, inspecting the scientific departments and facilities at the university.
Concluding his visit, H.E. expressed sincere gratitude to the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the sisterly Republic of Pakistan, Mr. Nawaf Al-Maliki. He commended the warm reception and hospitality extended during the delegation's visits to Pakistani officials. The visit included meetings with H.E. the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Chancellor of the International Islamic University, Dr. Arif Alvi, H.E. Federal Education and Professional Training Minister, Mr. Midad Sindhi, H.E. Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Judge Fayyaz Isa, and H.E. the Chairman of the Higher Education Commission, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad.
