 Imam University Collaborates with "Nazaha" to Organize Conference Promoting Integrity in University Environment

Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University is gearing up to host a significant conference aimed at fostering the values of integrity within the university environment. Under the esteemed patronage of the Minister of Education, His Excellency Yousef Albanyan, the university will join forces with the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) to organize this event. The conference is scheduled to take place on Monday and Tuesday, the 29th and 30th of January 2024, at the Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Tuwaijri Hall, located in the conference building within the university campus in Riyadh.


The conference aims to bring together numerous researchers and stakeholders who are invested in enhancing integrity and transparency within the university realm. It will shed light on the pivotal role of faculty members in promoting integrity, emphasizing the significance of integrity clubs in universities, and clarifying the supervisory role in upholding integrity and transparency.


Comprising various scientific sessions, the conference will delve into the enhancement of integrity and transparency in the university environment in alignment with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. A particular focus will be placed on the responsibility of university faculty members in cultivating scientific integrity among students. Additionally, one session will delve into the experiences and efforts of integrity clubs in universities, highlighting their valuable contributions to promoting integrity. Moreover, the conference will explore the impact of oversight on integrity and transparency, while also examining international endeavors and global experiences of universities in championing the values of integrity and transparency.


This upcoming conference is a significant initiative that aims to create an environment within universities that upholds the principles of integrity and transparency. By convening experts and stakeholders, it seeks to facilitate meaningful discussions and promote the exchange of ideas, ultimately contributing to the cultivation of ethical conduct and academic excellence within the university community.​​
