 Appreciating the efforts made by the institute's staff..The Vice President of Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University visits the Institute of Arabic and Islamic Sciences in Indonesia..


Prof. Mansour A. Al-Haidary, the Vice President of Imam Mohammad ibn Saud Islamic University, paid a visit to the Institute of Arabic and Islamic Sciences in Jakarta, Indonesia on Thursday morning, May 16th, 2024. Upon arrival, he received a warm welcome from the institute's dean, Dr. Waleed A. Al-Othman, along with the vice-deans, Dr. Omar H. Al-Suwaidan and Dr. Mohammed F. Al-Nawfal, as well as other leaders and staff members.

 

‏During the visit, Prof. Al-Haidary had the opportunity to meet with the institute's faculty and administrative staff. The meeting started with a speech from the dean, Dr. Waleed Al-Othman, in which he expressed his gratitude for the Vice President's visit. He emphasized that the visit reflects the university's commitment, led by President Dr. Ahmed S. Al-Ameri, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Fahad S. Al-Luhaidan, and Prof. Mansour Al-Haidary, to address the needs of the institute's staff and gain insights into the educational process. Dr. Al-Othman acknowledged the continuous support and empowerment received from the university's leadership and highlighted the institute's success as a result of this support. He pointed out that the empowerment the institute received was due to the high demand from Indonesian citizens and their desire to join the institute. The university's vice president, Prof. Al-Haidary, also delivered a speech in which he thanked the dean of the institute and all its staff. He emphasized that the achievements of this institute were made possible by the generous support and empowerment the university receives from our leadership, headed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Prime Minister—may Allah protect them both. He also highlighted the continuous guidance from the Minister of Education, Mr. Yusuf A. Al-Banyan, and the close follow-up by the university president, Prof. Ahmed S. Al-Ameri. Prof. Al-Haidary affirmed that the staff of the institute have a great merit and significant reward for the educational services and administrative facilities they provide to citizens and residents in the Republic of Indonesia. He urged all institute staff to consider the reward and merit achieved through this work, stating that their work should be professional and reflect the positive image of a Muslim individual, showcasing the good image and noble values of the Saudi society.

 

‏The meeting concluded with Prof. Al-Haidary listening to the feedback and expressions of gratitude from the attendees, who appreciated his dedication and meticulous follow-up on the institute's work, tasks, and achievements.

 

‏Following the meeting, Prof. Al-Haidary toured the institute's facilities, classrooms, and academic departments. During the tour, he listened to observations and feedback from the institute's staff and students, who praised the staff for their dedication, care, and attention.
