 IMSIU Continues “Career Week 2026” with Diverse Training and Qualification Programs – Day Two

​​     IMSIU, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs and the Student Fund, in cooperation with the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, continued on, Tuesday, May 12, 2026, the activities of “Career Week 2026”, with the participation of a number of government and private entities, specialized organizations, and experts in professional development and career preparation.

     The second day of the event witnessed broad participation from national institutions and specialized companies, including Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), Advanced Electronics Company (SAMI-AEC), Misk Foundation, General Authority for Competition, Prince Sultan Center for Defense Studies and Research, Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR), Huawei, Alfanar, Al Rajhi Takaful, Cenomi, and Panda Retail Company, in addition to several professional, consulting, technical, and training entities.


     The day’s activities also featured a variety of training programs and workshops for male and female students aimed at developing professional skills, increasing readiness for the labor market, and enhancing participants’ capabilities in resume writing, job interviews, professional identity building, and career path planning.


     The program included several specialized lectures and professional assessments, such as “Empowering Human Capabilities in the Development Sector: A Proposed Model for Graduate Integration” in cooperation with SeGaL Saudi Arabia, a lecture on “Mastering Job Interviews” in collaboration with Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), and a lecture on “Judicial Jurisdiction” in partnership with Defence Lawyers and Consultants. Additional programs included “Choosing a Career Path” and “Event Management,” as well as placement tests and interview skills assessments in cooperation with Berlitz.


     The event also featured a package of accredited accompanying programs for students, including professional and skills workshops and specialized courses covering English language placement testing, labor market requirements, artificial intelligence in consulting, professional and academic certifications, judicial specialization, event management, and the fundamentals of marketing and market positioning. Individual career guidance and counseling sessions—held both in person and remotely, were also offered throughout the event to support students’ professional readiness.


     To support participants and visitors, the university provided two main halls for lectures and scheduled assessments, in addition to a fully equipped lounge offering hospitality services, beverages, and recreational tables, creating an integrated and welcoming environment throughout the event.


     The organization of these activities reflects the university’s ongoing efforts to empower students and graduates, enhance their career opportunities, and prepare them to compete effectively in the labor market, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing human capital and supporting national talent.
