Within the large and effective role of the university, which was aspired through its participations represented by the Deanship of Library Affairs at local and international book fairs, the Deanship finished its preparations for the university's participation in the Fifth Jeddah International Book Fair 2019, whose activities will start during the period from 14-24 Rabi Al Thani 1441 AH corresponding to December 11 until the end of Saturday 21 December 2019
Where the Deanship is working to represent the university in the most professional way in preparing, preparing and coordinating the university's pavilion at the exhibition in a manner befitting its place in such forums, as well as working on selecting and coordinating the university's publications to meet the requests and wishes of the exhibition visitors from researchers and students of science.
This was explained by His Excellency Dean of Library Affairs Professor Maha Bint Dakhil Allah Al-Khathami that the university participates in about 63 titles from its latest publications in all fields of knowledge, where this participation is an extension of the university's effective role in participating in local and international book fairs that highlight the university's scientific mobility Significant in all fields, as well as what this participation represents in terms of knowing the conversation in the field of information sources, information centers and publishing houses, and enhancing cooperation with the universities participating in the exhibition.
Dr. Al-Khathami thanked Her Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Amri for providing the opportunity to the Deanship to represent the university and participate in the exhibition, and his permanent support to the Deanship of Library Affairs and his relentless pursuit to advance the development of the university by strengthening the university's active role in the participations in local and international book fairs, as well as thanks It is linked to His Excellency the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Tamim for his support to the Deanship and its support in all its activities.
