H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has urged all staff and employees of Al-Imam University to pay staunch efforts to realize the vision of the university, which represents in reaching the pioneering and excellence in education and academic research. The statements of H.E. the university Rector has come while meeting at his office with Dr. Abdullah Aba Al-Khail, Vice-Rector of Al-Imam University, and Dr. Yusuf Al-Shebel, Dean of Faculty Staff Members Affairs, and his administration.
In coincidence with the meeting agenda, Dr. Aba Al-Khail has praised the efforts of the deanship of faculty staff members in bringing success to the developmental projects that carried out by the university to improve the organizing and academical performance of its units. “The organizing and academic development is one of the pillars that help the educational institutions to achieve their vision and mission”, added Dr. Aba Al-Khail.
In a similar vein, H.E. the university Rector has gave directives to instantaneously launch the projects of the deanship and working closing with its improvement and development until the official launching of them, which might have be on the next October 2016. Likewise, Dr. Aba Al-Khail has ordered to begin an awareness and media campaign, targeting the university community, to keep them abreast about the efforts and progress exerting in the launching projects. Shedding lights on the media campaign, Dr. Aba Al-Khail advised to collaborate with the university TV channel, and to involve the Saudi Vision 2030 motto in all the printing outs of the deanship publications and pamphlets.
From his side, Al-Imam University Vice-Rector has acknowledged the efforts and contributions of H.E. the university Rector in respect of the launching projects, in particular, and all projects and initiatives of the university, in general. He pointed out that, the launching projects include the “Job-Description Project”, “procedural Manual Project”, “Digitizing Project”, “Electronic Gates Project”, and “Identifying Future Needs of Faculty Staff Members Project”.
In a similar vein, Dr. Yusuf Al-Shebel, Dean of Faculty Staff Members Affairs, has stated that, what has displayed and focused during the meeting is the output of continuous efforts for nearly three years in the field of organizational and academical development at the university.
