 Rector Receives Delegations of Al-Haramain Studies Research Chair

On the afternoon of the last Thursday, H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has met at his office with members of the academic committee of Al-Haramain Research Chair for Studies and Researches of the Two Holy Mosques heading by Dr. Muhammad Al-Khuzayem, -President of General Presidency of Al-Haramain for Holy Mosque Affairs, and Dr. Muhammad Al-Mayman, Vice-Rector of Al-Imam University for Sharia Institutes Affairs.

Acknowledged the staunch efforts exerted by the committee members, H.E. the university rector has lauded Al-Haramain Research Chair, which considered as a key chair, in its mission and vision, been host by Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. He added that, we all proud of the chair that serves the Islamic respectful places, which also receives due care from King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Crown Prince H.R.H. Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz and Deputy Crown H.R.H. Prince Muqren bin Abdulaziz.

“Saudi Arabia’s glory, security and peace is thanks to King’s due care of the two holy mosques and its visitors, that’s why Al-Haramain research chair is deems one of the finest production of Al-Imam University, which is in our religion’s and homeland interest”, added Dr. Aba Al-Khail.

From his side, Dr. Al-Khuzayem has thanked H.E. the university rector for his care and support to all aspects of the research chair. He explained that, the Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques considers this chair as a small part of offered by Al-Imam University to the Two Holy Mosques. Likewise, Dr. Al-Mayman has pointed out that, the meeting of the academic committee is the third in its kind and will pave the ways for holding a workshop at the university in the coming days.

It is worth to mention that, the academic committee of Al-Haramain Research Chair included Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Mahmoud, Vice-Rector of Al-Imam University for Academical Affairs, and Dr. Zaher Othman, and Dr. Sami Al-Sughyer, and Dr. Waleed Al-Jandal and others​
