​H.E. Sheikh Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, has gave his approval lastly for the promotion and appointment of hundreds of women and men qualified Saudi citizens to occupy a number of the academic positions inside the wide-range colleges and institutes of the university.

Acknowledged the step, H.E. the university Rector has lifted his appreciation and thankful to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and H.R.H. Crown Prince Muhammad bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, and H.R.H. Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, for their remarkable and tireless support to all projects and activities of the university. Dr. Aba Al-Khail has described the due care of the wise-leaders as a great to which the university has gained an outstanding ranking in the local, regional and international levels.

In a similar vein, Dr. Aba Al-Khail has congratulated all promoted and appointed faculty staff members, and prayed Allah Almighty for them to be up to the expectations and to bring success and determination to the university’s academic vision and mission. “Al-Imam University has worked indefatigably to achieve exceptional growth rates in all employment and careers positions, whether in the academic, research or community service areas. They all coming in consistent with the Saudi Vision 2030 and its employment strategies”, added Dr. Aba Al-Khail.

From his side, Dr. Yusuf Al-Shebel, Dean of Al-Imam University Deanship for Faculty Staff Members’ Affairs, has announced that, fourteen faculty members were promoted to Professor rank, forty-three faculty members were promoted to Associate Professor rank, eighty-nine faculty members were promoted to Assistant Professor rank, three hundred and seventy lecturers were promoted and lastly ninety-four demonstrators were appointed. 

Dr. Al-Shebel has furthered that, under the enduring directives of H.E. the university Rector his administration is seeking to fulfil the requirements of the university from the faculty staff members and alike. The trend will largely help in accomplishing the university’s vision and missions, added he.
