 AIIT Hosts Holy Quran Competition

​Arabic-Islamic Institute of Tokyo, affiliated with Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has hosted a unique competition for the memorization of the whole of Holy Quran, which organised by Islamic Endowment Association at Japan under the sponsorship of Islamic World League representing by International Association for Memorizing Holy Quran.

The competition, which organised on the last Wednesday and Thursday, has contained two parts, one for the juniors under 10 for memorizing the half of the Holy Quran, and the other for the memorizing of the whole Holy Quran. Additionally, a competition for memorizing more than a half of the Holy Quran has conducted targeting Japanese and resident Muslims there. The referring panel has included a number of the Saudi and Japanese scholars.

It is worth mentioning that, Dr. Nasser Al-Omaim, Director of AIIT, has gave a speech at the closing of the competition, where he was thanked all the organizers of the competition for their staunch efforts to bring a success to the event.
