Under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Centre of Excellence Research in Contemporary Fiqh Issues will organise on the next Wednesday morning a research panel entitled “Nominal Labour Contracts”.

The panel, which will be holding at the rounding hall of Conference Bldg. of the university, is targeting to focus on a number of topics including, the definition of Nominal Contract, Fiqh adaptation of the nominal labour contract, impacts of the nominal labour contract, Saudi Arabian judicial position regarding suits of the nominal labour contracts.
