 King Awarded Honorary Doctorate from Al-Imam University

​ King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, has approved recently the reception of the Honorary Doctorate from Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in the field of “Serving Holy Quran and Its Sciences”.

Declared that H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, during a press conference convened morning at the university headquarters.

Shedding lights on the occasion, H.E. the university Rector has pointed out that, the King’s approval is reflecting a due care and support to all exerting efforts by the university to bear the responbiltiy of science and knowledge.  “Awarding King Salman the Honorary Doctorate has come according to defined steps and actions that demonstrating clearly the due care and consideration of serving Holy Quran, whether inside the kingdom or outside it, by King Salman. King Salman often serves Islam and Holy Quran through a number of tools and ways, including establishing colleges and specialized departments in learning Holy Quran, and given approval for many local, regional, Arab, Muslim and international competitions”, revealed Dr. Aba Al-Khail.

In a similar vein, H.E. the university Rector has furthered that, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since its founding has grown on monotheism and the righteous Islamic path derived from Holy Quran and Sunnah.  

At the end of the press conference, Dr. Aba Al-Khail has acknowledged the trust being place by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud to Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. He prayed Allah Almighty to save and support King Salman and his Crown Prince and his Deputy Crown Prince.
