 Al-Imam Rector Welcomes Maldivian Ambassador

On the afternoon of the last Monday, H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has received at his office here H.E. Mr. Abdullah Hamid, Ambassador of Republic of Maldives to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Aba Al-Khail has welcomed the guest and kept him abreast about the university history and its role in disseminating knowledge and science inside and outside Saudi Arabian Kingdom. Likewise, H.E. the university Rector had remarked that, the university has always been receiving due care from H.M. King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and H.R.H. Crown Prince Muhammad bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, and H.R.H. Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Crown Prince.

In a similar vein, H.E. the university Rector has announced that, the university is intending to launch a sharia-based and Arabic language institute at  Republic of Maldives, which will strengthening the mutual relationships between the people of the both countries. Dr. Aba Al-Khail, has also, declare that, his administration is well prepared to cooperate academically and technically with the peer Maldivian academic institutions.

In turn, the Maldivian Ambassador has thanked Dr. Aba Al-Khail for his cordial welcome and hospitality. He, in further, was acknowledged the ceaseless efforts of Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University,  in bringing success and determination to the academic and research cooperation between Saudi Arabian Kingdom and Republic of Maldives. 

At the end of the meeting, H.E. the university Rector presented a souvenir to the guest.​
