H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has discussed lastly with Dr. Muhammad Al-Khuzayem, Vice-President of General Presidency of Al-Haramain for Holy Mosque Affairs, trends of cooperation between Al- Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and the General Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques.
H.E. the university rector and his guest has discussed the agreement relating to the simultaneous interpretation of the sermons the Two Holy Mosques, and the translation of all their printing outs and the Islamic products, as well as they deliberated the agreement of establishing Al-Haramain TV Channel and its broadcasting.
In significance with the meeting, Dr. Al-Khuzayem has explained that, its administration is quiet welling to broadcast the mission of the Two Holy Mosques to the entire Islamic world in accordance with the directives of the President of the General Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques. “Both heads of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and the General Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques were inked the specified agreements and Al-Imam University has been chosen for its excellence leadership and its scientific competencies and global expertise”, added he.
The two-inked agreements are coming in line with the Project of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz – May Allah Almighty Saves Him – to translate the sermons of the Two Holy Mosques. Al-Imam University will choose the qualified translators and, actually, the translation process has been launched with four different languages, with a target of 20 languages in the future, said Dr. Al-Khuzayem.
In furthermore, he described the media coverage of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University as a balanced and thoughtful. He added that, “This balanced approach, which is known by Al-Imam University, is the outcomes of the stanch efforts of H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, in addition to the media giftedness efforts of the university”.
