Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University Vice-Rectorate for Planning, Development and Quality in tandem with the university Deanship for Developing University Teaching have launched recently the eleven version of the academic qualifying program for fresh female and male tutors “T.A.T”.
In significance with the training program, Dr. Ghazi Al-Sadhan, Dean of Deanship for Developing University Teaching, has clarified its importance as it mainly targeting the new hired female and male tutors. It aims to provide them with an opportunity to engage into the educational environment of the university, as well as giving them tools for bridging trust in performance and qualification, added he.
In a similar vein, it is focusing on the modern teaching strategies, internal and external scholarships, employing technology into the university teaching, regulations and policies and many other aspects that matters the university teaching and the academia staff of the university, pointed out he.
Clinching his words, Dr. Al-Sadhan has said that, the program is comes in line with the directives of H.E. Sheikh Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, to provide each and every tools and techniques to lifting up the academical and professional performance of the faculty staff members.
