H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has signed recently at the hall of the university council the first phase of the agreement of constructing the campus educational support area in addition to car parking multiple floors with a national corporation lastly.

Speaking at the signature event, H.E. the university rector has stated that, the SR 300 million agreement will be an advantage to the university as whole. H.E. the university rector, in furtherance, has revealed that, the project will be executing in four phases, which worth nearly SR one billion and two hundred million. “Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University has always been receiving due care and support from King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Crown Prince H.R.H. Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz and Deputy Crown H.R.H. Prince Muqren bin Abdulaziz. Moreover, the signed-agreement project has received support from Prof. Dr. Khaled Al-Angary, Saudi Minister of Higher Education, and from Dr. Ibrahim Al-Asaaf, Saudi Minister of Finance”, added he.

Concluded his words, H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has thanked and appreciated the hard work and determination of the coalition of the corporations that will execute the various phases of the project.

Mohammed bin Abdulaziz runoff that the 350000 square meters -project includes the area of educational support, which is located on the bar extends between the male students campus and the city of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for female students, and contains a number of buildings which consists of six floors above the ground floor level and connects all buildings region that contains the supporting deanships like Deanship of Academic Research, and Research Chairs, and Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education, and Deanship of eLearning and Distance Education, and Deanship of Higher Studies, and Deanship of Development of University Teaching, and Deanship Assessment and Quality.

The project, also, includes a parking  for nearly 2500 cars spread over three levels of underground dedicated for students, faculty staff members and visitors, and will be provided some elevators and escalators and other facilities later, added Eng. Al-Gerian.
