​Dr. Fawzan bin Abdul-Rahman Al-Fawzan, Acting Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has received at office here a group of technical officers from Saudi Telecom Company “STC” with an intent to authenticate the fingerprinting IDs of the SIM card of the university employees.

In significance with the authentication process, Dr. Al-Fawzan has acknowledged Mr. Abdullah Al-Shahrani, Head of Surveying Operations of STC, for his personal initiative to reach the clients of the company inside Al-Imam University community. He, in furtherance, has reaffirmed the positive reflections of the step to curb the illegal resale of SIM cards registered under other clients’ names.
