Under the kind patronage of H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, Dr. Mohammad Said Al-Alam, Vice-Rector for Knowledge Exchange and International Collaboration, has launched recently Roayah Centre for Training and Technical Consultations “RCTTC”, attributed to College of Computer Sciences and Information.

The inauguration ceremony of RCTTC, which was attended by Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Mayman, Vice-Rector for Sharia Institutes’ Affairs, and a number of the dignitaries of the university, has included a speech ceremony and other events.

In his word before the audience, Dr. Al-Alam has praised the mission and vision of RCTTC, as well as its planned programs. He noted that the university is often receives due care from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Crown Prince H.R.H. Prince Muhammad bin Naif bin Abdulaziz and Deputy Crown H.R.H. Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz. In other side, Dr. Al-Alam has acknowledged the efforts and contributions of the RCTTC staff, heading by Dr. Waleed Al-Rodhan, Dean of College of Computer Sciences and Information, and Dr. Mohammad Al-Anzy, CEO of RCTTC.

From his side, Dr. Al-Rodhan has revealed that, RCTTC is launching by his administration to cope with the efforts to realize Saudi Vision 2030, noting that additionally the centre is the first ever in its kind among the Saudi universities.

In a similar vein, Dr. Al-Anzy has pointed out that, RCTTC is working hardly to become the best technical training centre in the region, and to offer its specialized consultations to all interesting institutions and entities. He clarified that, RCTTC is targeting to benefit from the technological boom that spreading locally and internationally and directing it to sharpening the skills of the trainers. Beside of providing training sessions, shaping with a distinctive method and innovative designing to all interesting institutions. 

At the end of the inauguration ceremony, a number of souvenirs were presented to the officials contributing in the founding of RCTTC including H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, and Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Saghyer, Vice-Rector for Community Service and Information Technology, and Eng. Mohammad Al-Gerian, Advisor of Technical Affairs, and Dr. Waleed Al-Jandal, Dean of Deanship of Information Technology.
