Deanship of Preparatory Programs, one of the affiliated deanships of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has kicked-off lastly a number of the training programs for faculty members.
The training sessions, which was lasted for two days, has included a number of sessions focusing on the administrative organizing of the academic counselling and students affairs, as well as skills of dealing with students and how to raise-up the academical deliverables of the students.
The training sessions, also, included a session of the description of the academic modules and deliverables of education.
In statements in regard of the launched training sessions, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Namlah, Dean of Deanship of Preparatory Programs, has noted that, the professionalism training programs of his administration aim to improve the capabilities of the staff members and enhance their educational deliverables. “Such launched programs come in line with the comprehensive plan of the deanship for developing the performance of the staff members”, added he.
