Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU), represented by the General Administration of King Abdullah City for Female Students, organized informational booths to introduce university regulations for freshman female students during the second semester, as part of the welcoming programs at the beginning of the academic term.
The initiative aims to raise awareness of university policies, promote values, conduct, and discipline, and facilitate students' access to available services.
The booths featured informational brochures covering student services websites, the University Services Guide, rules of conduct and discipline, and details of the beneficiary support hotline, contributing to greater awareness of students' rights and responsibilities.
In addition, display screens were used to present welcoming and introductory videos, along with quick-response (QR) codes enabling students to access university services and regulations electronically with ease.
Awareness banners highlighting public appearance guidelines and codes of conduct were also displayed, reinforcing compliance with approved regulations and supporting the creation of a disciplined and safe educational environment.
A number of volunteer students and staff members participated in organizing and operating the booths, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and community engagement within the University.
The informational booths were set up at multiple locations across the female students' campus to ensure broad access and benefit for the largest possible number of freshman students.
This initiative forms part of the University's ongoing efforts to enhance institutional awareness and provide students with essential information and services, in line with its commitment to fostering a supportive and motivating academic environment that contributes to students' academic and behavioral success.
