 Acting Rector Inaugurates Medical Service Complex

​Dr. Fawzan bin Abdul-Rahman Al-Fawzan, Acting Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has launched on the last Monday the Complex of Medical Services, which had been re-constructed by adding new departments and medical equipment.

Upon arrival to the ceremony venue, Dr. Al-Fawzan has expressed about his happiness and acknowledgement for the exerted efforts of all members of Faculty of Medicine to render a success to the medical services of the university. Dr. Al-Fawzan, as well, has praised the due care receiving by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and H.R.H. Crown Prince Muhammad bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, and H.R.H. Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Crown Prince, and Dr. Ahmad Al-Eissa, Saudi Minister of Education.

In a similar vein, Dr. Khaled Abdul-Ghafar Al Abdul-Rahman, Vice-Rector for Planning, Development and Quality, has gave a speech where he valued the achievements reached by Faculty of Medicine, and the university as well.

From his side, Dr. Khaled Al-Qumaizi, Dean of Faculty of Medicine, in-patients of the medical service complex has grown 33% during the period of 1433 to 1436 H, and his administration currently is able to meet 85% of the medical demand and it will be increasing to 90% if the one-day surgeries centre is completing and launching.

It is worth to mention that, a documentary film on the achievements has displayed while Dr. Al-Fawzan has arrived to the venue.
