​Under the patronage of Dr. Fawzan bin Abdul-Rahman Al-Fawzan, Acting Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Supreme Jurisdiction Institute has organised lastly an introductory session on the new Saudi law of companies.

Initializing the session, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Mahmoud, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, has welcomed the audience and wished them all the best in the deliverables of the meeting.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Teraiki, Dean of Supreme Jurisdiction Institute, has pointed out that, the meeting is come in lines with the enriching and educating role being playing by his administration in the commercial studies.  

In significance with the session, Dr. Suliman Al-Dukhail has chaired the first session, where Dr. Waleed Al-Twaijri has discussed the main framework of the new law of companies, especially articles dealing with establishing companies, rules of holding companies. Following that, Dr. Ahmad Al-Mughames, Professor at King Saud University and Secretary-General of Saudi Accountants Commission, has discussed the reviewing of the financial lists of the companies.

At the second session, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Nasseri has discussed the conflict of legal jurisdiction, and Dr. Mansour Al-Suraisriah, Associate Professor at Jurisdiction Institute, has discussed the legal and economic aspects of one-man company.

At the end of the session, Q & A session has organised with the audience.
