On the last days, a PhD thesis has been discussed at Supreme Jurisdiction Institute of Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, entitled “Criminal Responsibility of Financial Institutions and Its Members under Saudi Anti-Money Laundering Law”.
The discussion panel of the PhD thesis was head by Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh, Speaker of Saudi Shura Council and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, and Prof. Dr. Maddani Taj-El-Din, Professor at the institute, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Hikel, Professor at the institute and Supervisor of the thesis.
It is worth to mention that, the PhD candidate was Sheikh Judge, at Ministry of Justice, Abdullah Al-Ajlan from the department of Legitimate Policy of the institute.
