With a great privilege and honour, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University had vigorously backed by the support and encouragement of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bander bin Abdulaziz, Governor and Amir of Riyadh Region, who have had patronized on the evening of the last Monday the annual graduation ceremony of the "62" student batch from the university.

Upon arrival at the venue, H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, and a number of the university dignitaries, welcomed H.R.H. Prince Faisal.

In significance with the speech ceremony held on this occasion, Dr. Suliman Al-Angary, Dean of Registration and Admission Deanship, has praised the patronization of H.R.H. Prince Faisal to the graduation ceremony of students of Imam University. He, in furtherance, clarified that, Imam University since its founding has graduated more than 254.351 students in different academical majors and the current alumni batch contains more than 26.600 students, nearly 13.170 of them are conventional students and 10130 are online students. Dr. Al-Angary additionally announced that, the current alumni batch is containing more than 1537 foreign students from 66 different countries. He continued that, 23.300 students are undergraduate students and 196 students are PhD students, and 1245 students are Master students and 858 students are higher diploma students. 

Gave a word before the audience, H.E. the University Rector has stated, we - members of ​Imam University - are so proud that it bears the name of the founder of the first Saudi Kingdom. A thing that makes us recalls all the pride and glory of the epics of this blessed state that carried the banner of Islam, Sunnah and the correct belief. Additionally, its kings and Ulemas have been promised to uphold the banner of true Islam, and to build this great kingdom to be a model for the state of right, justice, and peace, and we are pledging Allah Almighty and then our wised rulers that we will proceed under their banner of this righteous path.

Continued his words, Dr. Aba Al-Khail has said that, on this day, we are celebrating with you a serious end-stage phases of your life to start a stage of building and sacrifices. Imam University, which you spent the most beautiful days of your life within its walls, promises to build with you bridges of love and continual benefit of your knowledge and experience. And it will have continue to be your home of academics and as well, will have pleasing by your visit and your belonging to it.

Speaking to the audience, H.R.H. Prince Faisal has expressed about his happiness to patronize the graduation ceremony. He convoyed the greetings of King Salman and his Crown Prince to all parents, alumni students, faculty members, and officials of the university.

At the end of the ceremony, H.R.H. Prince Faisal has handed out certificates and prizes for the outstanding graduated students. He, additionally, received a souvenir from Imam University Acting Rector.
