 Rector Meets CJ of Indonesian Supreme Court

On the last Monday, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ahmad Al-Ameri, Rector of Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has paid a visit to the headquarters of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia.

While arriving to the venue, Dr. Al-Ameri was welcomed by H.E. Mr. Muhammad Hatta Ali, Chief Justice of Indonesian Supreme Court, and his deputies. Discussing deeply with him cooperation ways between the both sides, Dr. Al-Ameri has additionally discussed the ways to training Sharia judges at the Supreme Jurisdiction Institute, attributing with ​Imam University. Moreover, Dr. Al-Ameri has deliberated with CJ. Muhammad possibilities to increase numbers of Indonesian judges training at the Institute, as well as launching of specialized training courses for them.

From his side, CJ. Muhammad Hatta Ali has acknowledged the advancement of the Saudi judicial system, stating that their need to train more judges. He, likewise, has praised the efforts of the Saudi Government in serving Islam and Muslims everywhere, especially at the Republic of Indonesia. He finally appreciated the fraternal relations between Saudi Arabian Kingdom and Republic of Indonesia.

It is notable that, H.E. the University Rector has made an inspection visit to the Photo Exhibition of the Supreme Court at Jakarta.
