The Saudi Scientific Society for Advocacy Studies, "Baseera", will hold its eighth general assembly meeting next Wednesday evening the 22nd of Dhu al-Hijjah via video broadcast.
The Chairman of the Society's Board of Directors, Dr. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Khulaifi, explained that the Society is a scientific association to which specialists and those who have scientific degrees in advocacy studies belong, according to the provisions included in the rules regulating scientific societies in Saudi universities.
Association Secretary Dr. Khaled bin Abdullah Al-Khamis noted that the meeting will address a number of topics on its agenda, including the presentation of the administrative and financial report for the sixth session, in addition to electing a new board of directors for the association for its next seventh session.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Khulaifi urged all members of the association, including men and women who hold membership, on the importance of attendance and participation, stressing the need to renew the subscription before the meeting date on the association's website bsserah.com
He also called upon those wishing to run for the Board of Directors to register in the designated field and upload their CV according to the site by a date no later than Monday, 20 Dhu al-Hijjah.
It is noteworthy that the Saudi Scientific Society for Advocacy Studies is one of the societies that Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University hosts. It has branches at the Islamic University and Umm Al-Qura University.
