Recently, a PhD student Rashid Ramzan Al-Hajri from Supreme Jurisdiction Institute has discussed successfully his PhD theses, which entitled "Rule of Financing Terrorism Crime under Saudi Laws", with flying colours.
The referring panel included Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, as a Main Examiner, and Prof. Dr. Abdul-Kareem Al-Sanytan Al-Omari, Professor at Islamic University, as External Examiner, and Dr. Madani Taj-ul-Din, Professor at Supreme Jurisdiction Institute, as Internal Examiner.
The PhD these has focused on deeply detailing the Terrorism Crimes and Financing Law in Saudi Arabian Kingdom comprising with Sharia Law and International Law. It highlighted the efforts exerting by Saudi Arabia in combating terrorism and financing.
The discussion session has attended by Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Mahmoud, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Teriaki, Dean of Supreme Jurisdiction Institute, and a number of the interesting persons and students.
