​H.E. Sheikh Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, has patronized on the last Saturday the university famous annual festival for horseracing that held at King Abdulaziz Equestrian Square in Al-Janadriyah, on the northern outskirts of Riyadh city.

H.E. the University Rector had delivered the university cup to the horse owner Mr. Abdulelah Al-Musa after the horse "Sahab't Al-Samawi" has crossed the finishing lines with flying colours.

In statements, Dr. Aba Al-Khail has stated that, Imam University has always keens to cement its participation in the communal activities and such sport and entertainment horse riding competition is going in lines with its mission and vision. He praised the magnificent organization of the horseracing festival and the excellent efforts paid there. He, likewise, congratulated King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, as well as Mr. Saleh Al-Hamadi, Director-General of Equestrian Club, for their efforts and contributions to bring success to Saudi equestrianism sport. 

It is worth to mention that, a number of the university's vice-rectors and members of the university council had attended the event.
