On the morning of the last Sunday, H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, has officially unleashed the new developed units at the Medical Service Complex of the university.
Expressing his happiness and pride, H.E. the University Rector has clarified that, such achievements would not have been achieved except by the grace of Allah Almighty and then the due care been received by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and H.R.H. Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Minister of Defense.
In a similar vein, Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdul-Ghafar Al Abdul-Rahman, Dean of Faculty of Medicine and General Supervisor of Medical Services, has said that, such commenced medical services are going side-by-side with the directives and support of H.E. the University Rector. He, additionally, announced the opening of the university community hospital soon.
Likewise, Dr. Yasser Al-Sharif, Vice-Dean of Faculty of Medicine for Medical Affairs, has cleared that the target of the commenced developed medical units is to increase the quality-level of medical services provided to university staff and students. It including the gastrointestinal endoscopy unit, and urology unit, activation of the appointment system through establishing an automated call centre, offering mobile phone application, modernizing the ENT clinic, increasing the number of Dental clinics. Moreover, modernizing urgent care department, establishing a special cardiac recovery room, establishing emergency ambulatory services, and developing an automated laboratory in accordance with the highest standards and techniques.
