On the last days, Dr. Fawzan bin Abdul-Rahman Al-Fawzan, Vice-Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University for Community Service and Information Technology, has met at his office with a delegation from the National Centre for Cybersecurity – Ministry of Interior during their visit to the university.
The meeting, which was attended by a number of the dignitaries of the university, has discussed the cooperation plan between Al-Imam University and the national cybersecurity centre.
Dr. Al-Fawzan has praised the efforts of the national cybersecurity centre. He pointed out that, H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has always been keenness to cooperate fully and effectively with the other specialized governmental departments. He acknowledged the endless support of H.E. the university rector to his administration works and activities.
From their side, the members of the national cybersecurity centre were voiced their satisfactions over what they have been enlightened about, especially the acquiring of ISO “27001” Information Security Certificate by Deanship of Information Technology.
