 Human Resources Academic Session Arranged at KACFS

On the recent days, a special academic session on human resources entitled "HR in Saudi Arabia Reality and Challenges" has taken place by female postgraduate students of Administration and Pedagogical Planning Section at King Abdullah City for Female Students "KACFS".

In the sidelines with the session, which arranged under the direct supervision of Dr. Munira Al-Dowd and Mrs. Nuha Al-Ghanam, three key topics were focused namely; origins and history of human resources in Saudi Arabia, female human resources in Saudi Arabia (Reality and Challenges), human resources Management and Saudi Vision 2030.

In her words before the audience, Mrs. Al-Ghanam has focused on the importance of HR, difference between private and governmental sectors, planning as a basement for HR, in addition to the key obstacles that facing HR and the latest modifications of Saudi Labour Law.   

It is noteworthy that, Dr. Hind Al-Rumyan, Vice-Dean of College of Socail Sciences, was attended the session, which was closed by a Q & A session with female students.
