​​​​​​​The President of the Republic of Pakistan issued a decision based on the generous approval of appointing Prof. Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Amri, President of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, as Vice President of the International Islamic University in Islamabad, Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

H. E. Dr. Al-Amri extended his thanks and appreciation to the shrine of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, for his generous confidence and for his continued support for Islamic and scientific institutions all over the world.

He also thanked the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Supreme President of the International Islamic University in Islamabad, Dr. Aref Alwi for this confidence.
