 Under the patronage of the Governor of Riyadh Region, Faisal bin Bandar Al Saud, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University is organizing the “Sixth Career Week” with the participation of more than 50 national entities.

     Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh Region, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, is organizing the Sixth Career Week for the academic year 1447 AH – 2026 during the period from May 11–14, 2026. The event will feature the participation of more than 50 entities from the governmental, private, and non-profit sectors, in addition to a number of national and international companies, institutes, and specialized academies across various fields.



     The university’s organization of the event comes as part of its efforts to empower students and graduates and enhance their professional readiness by creating an interactive environment that brings together job and training seekers with employers and leading institutions. This contributes to developing national competencies and increasing their competitiveness in the labor market.



     The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Kharashi, explained that this year’s Career Week includes providing distinguished opportunities in employment and cooperative training, introducing scholarship programs, and holding workshops, training courses, and career guidance sessions. These initiatives aim to develop professional and personal skills and strengthen the alignment between educational outcomes and labor market requirements and evolving needs, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing human capital and empowering Saudi youth.



     Dr. Al-Kharashi also noted that the forum offers participants the opportunity to learn about the latest professional trends in work environments, build professional networks, and benefit from direct meetings with experts, specialists, and representatives of participating entities, thereby supporting their future career paths and enhancing their opportunities to obtain suitable employment and training opportunities.



     It is worth mentioning that the forum will be held for male students on Monday and Tuesday, May 11–12, 2026, while Wednesday and Thursday, May 13–14, 2026, will be designated for female students. The event will take place in the university’s main hall, and attendance is open to all those interested in benefiting from the accompanying programs and career opportunities.
