Deanship of Developing University Teaching of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University has launched recently a training course for 24 female faculty staff members at Building No “322” of King Abdullah City for Female Students, says Dr. Eman Al-Routhi, Vice-Dean of Deanship of Developing University Teaching, in statements.
On the training course held, Dr. Eman has clarified that, it comes in line with the deanship’s plan to offer training courses to support university educational leaders. “The course has focused on the strategic plan, time management, and conflict management”, added she.
The main aim of the course is to provide participants with knowledge and skill and positive trends on how to discharge their duties in a proper manner. “Academical management is a modern type of leadership management deals with scientific, academical and educational movement, since it has a significance role in realizing universities’ objectives for modernized education and excellence academic research and community service”, added she.
Concluding her words, Dr. Eman has praised the support of Dr. Fawzan Al-Fawzan, Acting-Rector of Al-Imam University, and vice-rector for planning, quality and development, and vice-rector for female students’ affairs, and all other dignitaries including Dr. Ghazi Al-Saddhan, Vice-Dean of University Teaching Development Deanship.
From other side, Dr. Abeer Al-Maseri, Trainer of the Course, has acknowledged the interaction of all participants during the training course.
