 Consultative Committees of Academic Programs Commenced

​On the recent days, all colleges and academic units of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University have working closely with Deanship of Evaluation and Quality to establish the consultative committees of the academic programs.

The step which has come in consistent with the role of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in achieving Saudi Vision 2030, and in lines with the directives of H.E. Sheikh Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, has clinching more than 70% from the major target.

Notes that Dr. Abdullah Al-Asmari, Vice-Dean of Deanship of Evaluation and Quality for Academic Accreditation Affairs, in statements lastly. He added that, Al-Imam University is often keens to mix the experiences of members of these established-committees to be including faculty staff members and alumni of the academic departments, male and female. It also includes the membership of two members from the benefiting units from the deliverables of the program.  

Shedding more lights on the topic, Dr. Al-Asmari has stated that, the main target of the establishing committees is to cement the partnerships between the university and institutions of the public and private sectors. Al-Imam University is believes with the importance of such partnerships, especially with the necessity to convoy with the world-class international trends of higher education and its tools.

It is worth to mention that, the Higher Institute of Dawah and Ehtsab, College of Sharia, Faculty of Medicine, College of Engineering, College of Economics and Administrative Sciences and College of Computer Sciences and Information are among the first colleges and institutes that started the establishing of the consultative committees inside the university.
