Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University Vice-Rectorate for Planning, Development and Quality in collaboration with Vice-Rectorate for Community Services and Information Technology, representing by Deanships of Developing University Education and Information Technology, have arrange recently an introductory training session on the online services, systems and e-educational tools.
The session, which has been organized at the Great Hall of College of Arabic Language, has attended by nearly 140 staff members from the college and Institute of Teaching Arabic Language. It comes with the sidelines of the vice-rectorates to realize the electronic pioneering in transforming into the governmental electronic transactions plan, which is come in accordance with Saudi Vision 2030. It also, comes with the lines of the future Saudi plan of university education “Afaq” and the strategic plan of the university.
In the targets of the session, it has aimed to introduce the staff faculty members with the systems, programs and e-educational tools that offering by the university to stimulate its educational and administrative progresses. The session focused on a number of major topics, including, creating accounts for staff members, Email software, Projector system, e-Questionnaire System, Knowledge Portal, Councils Software, Mobile Apps, and Technical IT Ticketing System.
It is worth to mention that, the session, which was presented by a team of trainers from Deanships of Developing University Education and Information Technology, has backed and encouraged by H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, who often gave directives to sharpening the university’s information technology areas.
