Under the auspice of H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Excellence Research Centre on Contemporary Fiqh Issues will organize on the next Tuesday morning a panel Discussion entitled "Lawsuit of Corporate Personality – its Rules and Procedures – Fiqh Overview" at the rounding hall of the university conferences bldg.
On the panel discussion, Dr. Ayad As-Salami, Director of Excellence Research Centre on Contemporary Fiqh Issues, stated that, the proposed session will shedding lights on the truth of lawsuit of the corporate personality and the difference between it and ordinary people, as well as exchange ideas and views on the jurisprudence of the lawsuit of corporate personality. "Likewise, the panel aims to elucidate the types of acceptable evidences and ways of implementing verdicts and reconciliation lawsuit on the corporate personality", added he.
Ended his words, Dr. As-Salami pointed out that the panel discussion will be participated by a pool of officials including Sheikh Abdullah Al-Sadaan, Judge of Appeal at Saudi Board of Grievances and Legal Advisor at Ministry of Justice, and Dr. Ahmad A-Razeen, Imam Vice-Dean of College of Sharia for Quality and Academic Accreditation, and Dr. Nasser Al-Sebai'a, Member of Unit of Research of Contemporary Fiqh Issues in Judiciary and Legitimacy Politics, and Dr. Amel Al-Dabassi, Member of Unit of Research of Contemporary Fiqh Issues in Judiciary and Legitimacy Politics.
