Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University concluded today, Thursday, May 14, 2026, the activities of the “6th Career Week 2026" for male and female students, organized in collaboration with the Riyadh Chamber, with broad participation from government entities, private sector companies, and non-profit organizations.
Held at the main university campus hall, the event witnessed strong attendance and engagement from students and graduates. It featured a series of career exhibitions, workshops, lectures, and guidance and training sessions aimed at developing professional and personal skills, while enhancing students' and graduates' readiness for the job market.
The accompanying exhibition included a variety of booths from government entities, major companies, institutes, and specialized academies, showcasing employment and training opportunities, professional development and qualification programs, future career pathways, and services provided to students and graduates. The exhibition contributed to strengthening connections between students, graduates, and potential employers, while enhancing professional preparedness.
The week also featured a range of workshops, lectures, seminars, and career guidance sessions delivered by leading specialists and experts from both the public and private sectors. These sessions focused on developing professional and personal competencies and supporting students and graduates in preparing for the labor market.
This year's “6th Career Week 2026" continued for four days, with activities for male students held on Monday and Tuesday, while female student activities took place on Wednesday and Thursday, with extensive participation from governmental, private, professional, and training institutions.
The organization of “6th Career Week 2026" reflects the university's ongoing efforts to support national directions toward investing in human capital and strengthening integration between academic outcomes and labor market needs, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the preparation of qualified national talents capable of innovation and competitiveness across various sectors.
