 Imam University and Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture Establish Research Collaboration Partnership*

 Today, Monday June 3rd, 2024, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. The signing took place at the ministry's headquarters.

 The purpose of this agreement is to enhance cooperation in research projects between the university and the ministry. Specifically, the memorandum aims to strengthen advisory services, research, and training in areas related to the activities of both institutions. It also seeks to facilitate the exchange of experiences and expertise.

 The agreement was signed by Eng. Mansour Al-Mushaiti, the Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, representing the ministry. On the university's side, the signatory was Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al Ameri, the President of #IMSIU.

 Under the terms of the memorandum, the two parties will work to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership. This includes collaborating on research projects, developing human capacity, supporting digital and technical transformation, organizing joint events like meetings and conferences, exchanging knowledge and innovation programs, and engaging university student volunteers with the ministry.

 This memorandum reflects the ministry and university's commitment to building effective partnerships that will enhance the quality of their respective services. It is also an effort to share experiences and expertise in areas of mutual interest, in order to achieve the strategic goals of both institutions.​
