The Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University is organizing a specialized judicial course in Sharia judiciary for the judges of the Kingdom of Malaysia, from September 1 to 12, 2024.
This course aims to provide Malaysian judges with knowledge and enhance their jurisprudential skills and judicial systems. It will cover major topics such as novel financial and banking issues, personal status cases, applying rulings to judicial cases, and studying both procedural and substantive aspects.
Additionally, the course aims to foster communication between the Higher Judicial Institute at the university and the Sharia courts in Malaysia, providing insights into the excellence of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in judicial and legal systems.
