​​The course, organized by the institute from September 1 to 12, 2024, aimed to provide an insight into the judicial and regulatory excellence of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, highlighting its leadership in the field of judiciary and all Sharia sciences. It aimed to equip the trainees with knowledge and skills in jurisprudence and judicial systems, discuss novel issues related to financial and banking matters and personal status, apply judgments to judicial cases, study procedural and substantive aspects, and exchange judicial experiences between the two sides.
