In reference to the royal approval for opening a number of oversea institutes and in respect with the directives of H.E. Sheikh Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, Dr. Mohammad Said Al-Alam, Vice-Rector for Knowledge Exchange and International Communications, has directed to receive the applications from those wishing to work at the new oversea university institutes at Republic of Indonesia, Republic of Djibouti and Maldives. Dr. Al-Alam has reaffirmed to the need to adhere with applying conditions and controls according to Oversea Deputation's circular to work abroad. Therefore, Deanship of Abroad Institute’s Affair has called all employees, faculty staff members and administrators of the University Faculty, whom wishing to work oversea, to read the circulation and understand its terms and conditions.
From his side, Mr. Naif Al-Salehi, Director of the Department of Deputation and Contractors, has clarified that, receive of nominations for deputation, at the new institutes, will be start and last for two weeks from 27/06/1438 up to 11/07/1438. He noted that, his administration would not look up after this date, with a need to adhere to send only the required documents.
In a similar vein, Mr. Al-Salahi has said that, nomination will be receiving for teachers’ applicants to Indonesia and Maldives on Sharia and Arabic Language disciplines only, and for teachers to Djibouti on Sharia, Arabic Language, Sciences, Math and Social Studies disciplines. All applications to be send to the Vice-Rectorate of Sharia Institutes' Affairs according to the conditions and terms stipulated in the circulation published. As for the administration employees of the university, all applications to be send to the Deanship of Institutes’' Abroad - Administration of Deputation and Contractors via the Email: nmsalhi@imamu.edu.sa.
Clinched his statement, Mr. Al-Salehi has pointed out that, all applicants, whom passed their applications to deputation to Somali and Bangladesh, have to rapidly visit the Deputation Administration to finalize their documents and procedures.
