Introduction: Within the operational plan of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Centre for Contemporary Islamic Studies and Dialogue of Civilizations, it organizes an educational forum entitled "cyberterrorism: Its Tactics & Combating Methods ".
This forum affirms the efforts of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general and the efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz –May Allah Almighty Save Him - in combating terrorism and elucidate its tactics and ways to combat it. Additionally, achieving the aspirations and directives of the King in responding to his royal call to combat terrorism and elucidate its tactics and ways to combat it locally and regionally.
Objectives:
1. Identify websites of the cyberterrorism and block them.
2. Exchange information and modernize experiences between interested persons and researchers to reach to ideal electronic works.
3. Reassess the prevention and combating methods, and keep pace with the electronic developments and changes.
4. Evaluate and strengthen roles of families and education and mosques in baring cyberterrorism.

2. Types of cyberterrorism.
3. Causes of cyberterrorism.
4. Effects of cyberterrorism.
5. Rights of victims of cyberterrorism.
6. Combating cyberterrorism in the local, Arabic, Islamic and international levels.

Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University representing by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Centre for Contemporary Islamic Studies and Dialogue of Civilizations.
Participants:
Interested persons from inside and outside Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Participation Rules:
1. Participation must serve one of the forum’s objectives.
2. Must be in one of the themes and topics of the forum.
3. Participation shall not been previously published or presented in academic conferences or forums. Moreover, it must not been inspired from another thesis or dissertation.
4. Participation will be subject to academical referring.
5. Pages of the participation must not exceed 25 pages and not less than 15 pages.
6. Technical writing rules and regulations must be abide, which are:
A) Page indentation must be as follows:
I. Top and bottom margins must be 2.5 cm.
II. Right margin must be 3.5 cm, and the left is 2.5 cm.
III. Arabic written font must be “Tradition Arabic” with a size of 16 and margins must be 14 and references must be 14, and the English written font must be “Times New Roman” with headings of 16-to-20 font size.
B) Research paper must be accompanied with:
I. A software copy (Electronic).
II. A brief of the Curriculum Vita of the researcher in A4 page size.
III. A clear copy of the passport of the participant.
C) Participation must be approving by the referee panel and the researcher must amending its participation in accordance with remarks of the referees.
D) The academical committee shall have the right to reject any participation that do not comply with the themes and objectives of the forum.
The official language of the Forum: Arabic and English languages.
