​The budget of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the year 2020 AD is exceptional as it is the fifth budget announced by the Kingdom in light of the vision of 2030 AD, which is the diversification of sources of national income is one of its main principles, so the growth of non-oil GDP has reached 3.4% in the 2019 budget and at the same time the growth of Saudi per capita income.

 These numbers are considered to be continuous and growth with deep meanings, as they are clear evidence of the quality of policies and performance, growth and success of plans in achieving their indicators, and this is one of the most important historical gains in which the state’s ability to transform and build its institutions with confidence and stability is demonstrated and at the same time enhances the state’s gains in all areas and trust The solid is not only in the economic policy of the state, but also in all its policies internally and externally, but also as a soft force that applies its numbers to the minds of people in all parts of the world.
