University Acceptance

1. A transfer letter or transfer form from the university the student is transferring from.
2. The original official academic transcript certified by the student's university (electronic transcripts downloaded from the student's online account at their university will not be considered).
3. A copy of the birth certificate (for non-Saudi students born to a Saudi mother).

Procedures for the equivalency of courses completed by externally transferred students at their previous university:

After being transferred to the major they were accepted into, the student submits a request to the college offering the course for the equivalency of previously completed courses, attaching their official academic transcript certified by the university they transferred from, along with descriptions of the courses that were completed, at a date to be announced in due course (the first week of the beginning of the academic year).
